The Miss USA pageant was held at the Theatre for the Performing Arts in Planet Hollywood Resort in Las Vegas, Nevada on June 19, 2011. It was the 60th anniversary of this show. As in the past, contestants are graded on beauty, charm, poise, skills, and their ability to respond to questions. One of the questions asked of the 2011 contestant was,
"Do you think math should be taught in school ?"
The attached video captures some of their answers.
Oh my god, is that real? I'm with you, Miss Vermont. That is so a joke. Who wants to learn Aliens (how do you learn Aliens)? How do you learn vibrations? Miss Indiana, that's weird. Seriously, "equation"? And Miss Hawaii, yeah, if you learn Math, then yes, you would be the type of person who knows Math. Thanks for pointing that out.
ReplyDeleteIkr? THAT is what you get when you don't learn math or anything else for that matter... THEY NEED TO GET LEARNED xD
ReplyDeleteLOL! I laughed sooo hard when I saw this!!!
ReplyDeleteDoes anyone actually believe this? All of the women in this video are video bloggers- this whole thing is a joke making fun of the Miss America pageant.
